I manage the reservations for our Houston, TX operations. It can be a bit of a grind, but I enjoy the pace and solving the challenges that come my way. I love my job because of the family like atmosphere and the positivity of the team. We help each other whenever we can and end up learning new things in the process.

I was a dental assistant in my previous life. I left the profession in 2018 and came to work with AccessRULES. I’m a highly motivated person, so it’s been fun learning about my new profession as we grow. Nowadays I spend a bunch of time communicating with our customers and instructors. We have redesigned this website so that it’s easier for you to make a reservation for one of our courses. It will help us manage your information better, too. Each student has a place to get more information and to update their information.

I’m also responsible for making sure all the information from each course is correct and sent to the right certifying body, making sure the certifications are delivered to the correct people once I receive them. We care about every student who comes to our classes.
